TREASURY MANAGER

We are looking for a Treasury Manager for a position located in Casablanca and reporting to the Treasury Director.

This position involves overseeing treasury operations, managing financing strategies, and ensuring compliance within the region.

What you will be doing:

As a Treasury Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Financing Strategies: Develop and implement financing strategies to support growth and profitability.

Treasury Operations: Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and capital allocation to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Credit Management: Monitor and manage credit risk to ensure the organization's financial health.

Capital Structure: Optimize capital structure and secure funding for investments and expenditures.

Financial Reporting: Provide accurate financial reports and analysis to senior management.

Business Continuity: Manage banking and financing solutions within local regulations.

Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Economics or any relevant disciplines. MBA degree, or engineering degree with an MBA degree are preferred.

5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a multinational company in treasury, tax and finance.

Fluency in English and French

Competency with MS Office Applications.

Knowledge about ERP softwares (SAP), Management Reporting, Team Management, Banking Relationship Management, Finance/Banking regulations, Financial Statement Analysis, Foreign Trade & Currency related legislations, and Capital markets.
