JOB TITLE: Delivery Driver
DEPARTMENT: Sales & Service
REPORTS TO: District or Site Manager
SUMMARY: Operating light to medium duty trucks for the transportation, safe handling, and delivery of oilfield & industrial chemicals. Drivers are dispatched out of a DK Energy Services location and will be making day trip deliveries within the assigned District.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
On-time daily trips to specified locations
Read sight glass level indicators and record the delivered quantities
Operate various pumps with hoses, risers, and valves
Interact with management and customers
Clear documentation of all paperwork, including Field Delivery Tickets and TDG Manifests
Complete inspection reports (pre-job hazard assessment forms, per-trip inspections logs, and en-route logbooks)
Generate BOL to match daily load and ensure placarding matches
Pipeline certification
Ensure routine maintenance of pumps and inspection of hoses
Routine vehicle maintenance and housekeeping
Operate and trouble-shoot pump and hydraulic systems
Commitment to safety, environmental and industrial hygiene practices
Outstanding safety performance and consistent environmental compliance
Experience with Acid and Hazardous Material handling
Ability to load, unload and operate a forklift & pumping equipment
Knowledge of DOT regulations
Basic mechanical skills
Physically capable of loading and unloading goods up to 50 lbs
Ability to work without direct supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Occasional weekend work and overtime may be required
Support and assist in implementing and maintaining certified management systems ascribed to DK such as ISO 9001. Identify training needs of personnel. Promote awareness of risks and opportunities associated with their work. Maintain an understanding of the Quality policy and how they personally contribute to meeting DK objectives and goals
Support and assist in implementing and maintaining the RCMS program. Identify training needs of personnel. Promote awareness of the RCMS guiding principles and Dorf Ketal's HSSE policy, objectives and goals in addition to how they can contribute to them.
Other projects as required.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
CDL Class A/B; Hazmat endorsement; tanker endorsement; forklift certified; pipeline certification
Experience/Skills:
Must have clean driving record
