Take command by lifting up to 50 lbs; team lift for larger weights.

Maintain productivity while standing and fulfilling tasks for 8 to 12 hours.

Join forces with teammates to tackle quality issues and devise solutions.

Follow practices ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and lower costs. Qualifications

Must reach our West Point location reliably.

Open to working overtime and weekends when needed.

Industrial past experience is appreciated but not obligatory.
