Job Description

Salary: $20.76/hr + $7/hr flat rate

Full-Time Boat Detailer Great Pay! (Year-Round) Lake Union Location

Were looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to join our boat detailing team! This position involves cleaning, buffing, waxing, and polishing both the interior and exterior of our customers boats. No prior detailing experience is required well train the right person to succeed and earn great pay.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fun, supportive team in a great work environment right on the water at Lake Union! Its the perfect summer job that continues all year long.

Requirements:

Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality results

Compensation:

$20.76/hr + $7/hr flat rate bonus

Example: If a detail is designated as a 3-hour job, you would be paid $27.76/hour ($20.76 base + $7 flat rate bonus) for each hour you work on that detail. Hard-working team members have the potential to earn even more!
