Job Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our client's production team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain printing and cutting machines to ensure high-quality output. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain digital printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, and heat presses.

Load and adjust materials to ensure proper alignment and quality output.

Monitor machines during operation to detect errors or inconsistencies.

Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues on printing and cutting equipment.

Work closely with the design team to meet print specifications and quality standards.

Weed, mask, and prepare vinyl graphics for installation or shipment.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety guidelines.

Assist with packaging and shipping of finished products as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in a vinyl printing or signage environment.

Familiarity with large-format printers, plotters, and laminators is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Basic knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW) is a plus but not required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and processes.
