Your Role
As the B2B Field Marketing, reporting to the Head of Product & Marketing, you will drive brand presence, engagement, and ROI measurement across all marketing initiatives. Your mission? Ensure seamless execution, optimize brand reach, and fuel growth within the IT Security space.
Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Execution – Collaborate with external agencies to research, plan, and execute impactful virtual and in-person events (conferences, webinars, executive dinners, workshops).
Vendor & Speaker Management – Assist agencies in managing vendors, sponsors, speakers, and internal teams, ensuring flawless event logistics (booth setup, breakdown, speaker coordination).
Performance Measurement – Monitor event and content budgets, analyze engagement data via HubSpot CRM, provide insights, and drive continual optimization.
Content Strategy – Develop and oversee a comprehensive content plan, partnering with creatives to produce SEO-optimized blogs, white papers, eBooks, visuals, and video marketing assets.
Marketing Campaign Support – Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, newsletters, and other channels, aligning with broader business objectives.
Market Research & Reporting – Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, providing data-driven insights to sales and marketing leadership.
Website Maintenance – Partner with developers to keep our website updated and functioning optimally.

Qualifications
B2B enterprise marketing experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role within the IT/cybersecurity industry (required).
Strong digital marketing expertise (content marketing, SEO, social media).
Exceptional project management skills—handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication skills—crafting compelling marketing content.
Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Canva.
A creative mindset, attention to design, and innovative approach to campaigns.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup culture.
Deep understanding of IT security concepts and industry trends.
Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site event coordination.
