Primary Skills: Human Capital Management (HCM)

Role Description: As an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant, you must have at least 10+ years of experience. 10+ years Oracle HCM Cloud expertise.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for technology, business process, and operational design for Talent succession within Oracle HCM Cloud

- Partner with client to complete a design review of current Talent setup and roll out plan for Talent succession within Oracle HCM cloud.

- Provides options and recommendations based on leading practice

- Facilitates clear communication, alignment, and integration within and across teams

- Participates in key meetings, drive issues/ risks/ decisions to closure

- Provides status details to Project manager

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
