Director of Operations Drive Efficiency & Innovation at Hello Adorn

Are you a strategic leader ready to shape the future of operations? Hello Adorn is looking for an experienced Director of Operations to optimize our production, supply chain, fulfillment, and customer care teams. This role is all about scalability, efficiency, and innovationleading the way in streamlining workflows, driving performance, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

As part of our leadership team, youll have the opportunity to create impactful solutions, refine data-driven processes, and foster a culture of excellence. This role works closely with senior leadership to implement strategies that align with our brands creative vision while ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership role in which you will guide cross-functional teams to optimize performance, manage growth, and enhance our operational infrastructure.

Operational Leadership

Oversee and coordinate daily operations across production, supply chain, fulfillment, and customer care teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.

Develop and implement scalable policies and workflows, optimizing processes for sustainable growth.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness, productivity, and profitability.

Analyze financial trends, forecasting expenses and revenue drivers to improve cost-effectiveness and operational scalability.

Proactively identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation in workflows, guiding the organization through continuous improvement.

Partner with leadership to align operational strategies with Hello Adorns long-term vision.

Safety & Compliance Management

Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations, workplace safety standards, and environmental laws, keeping our teams protected and compliant.

Conduct regular audits and assessments, proactively adjusting policies to meet evolving safety requirements.

Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs to empower employees with the knowledge to work confidently and securely.

Establish contingency plans for potential disruptions in the supply chain, vendor reliability, and unforeseen emergencies affecting production or fulfillment.

Team Development & Leadership

Lead and mentor the Production Manager, Fulfillment Lead, Supply Chain Lead, and Customer Care Lead through operational success.

Foster a culture of trust, innovation, accountability, and collaboration, ensuring teams feel supported and motivated.

Conduct biweekly one-on-ones with direct reports, providing consistent feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

Partner with department leads to ensure their teams receive adequate training on standard operating procedures, product knowledge, and efficiency strategies.

Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees, ensuring alignment with Hello Adorns standards and culture.

Who You Are

A visionary leader with 10+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, and team leadership.

Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making to optimize workflows.

Experienced in compliance regulations, workplace safety (OSHA), and risk management strategies.

Passionate about mentorship, employee development, and fostering a positive company culture.

Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to keep operations running smoothly.
