Job Description
Effectively represent KURZ at direct customer locations within the assigned territory, in diverse market and product fields.
Present and promote KURZ’ complete product portfolio at the brand owner or specifier level, through direct responsibility for specific national accounts.
Meet or exceed sales budget for assigned accounts, products, through sales to direct customers.
Represent KURZ and the global organization at key brand owners / specifiers within the assigned territory, including, but not limited to, companies in the following markets: wine & spirits, health & beauty, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, tobacco, publishing and general mid- and high-value consumer goods.
Identify and develop key target account action plans, with specific goals and milestones. Manage & report on your book of business to senior management team.
Manage general customer relationships, through defined call cycles, in person visits, development of relationships across functions and organizational levels, and through proactive and responsive handling of customer issues including product and service complaints.
Conduct or coordinate market analyses of pertinent market components in order to determine revenue and profit potential of new markets and accounts.
Ensure accurate, timely and effective communications as required – weekly itineraries, CRM account management and call reports, Customer Complaint Reporting (CCR) processing, sample feedback, weekly expense reports and other reports as requested by manager and marketing.
Effectively manage company assets through active support of Accounts Receivable and Inventory policies and practices and through rational and appropriate selling expense management.
Maintain safe work environment in the office and manufacturing environment, while traveling, and while at customer locations.

Experience and Education
Ten (10) years or more industry experience, with history of progressive sales or sales and marketing responsibilities in a minimum of two of the following industries:
Surface decoration of diverse media, including paper and/or plastics, via hot stamp and/or heat transfer application processes.
OEM plastics fabrication including injection molding and extrusion
Commercial Printing/ Finishing and Printing Equipment and Consumables
Value-added sales of printed or converted products through specifier and converter/fabricator channels
Computer literacy. Experience in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
