Job Description
At Psych Associates, we don’t just provide therapy and assessments—we create an experience. We believe clients deserve more than clinical excellence; they deserve to feel genuinely cared for, understood, and supported every step of the way. That exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We’re not your average group practice. There’s nothing basic about how we do therapy — and we’re looking for clinicians who feel the same.
Our mission is simple: provide deeply impactful, evidence-based care in a warm, collaborative, and non-stuffy environment where both clients and therapists thrive. We're all about experiences. Every interaction is a chance to create safety, build trust, and make therapy feel accessible and even enjoyable. You’ll join a team of like-minded professionals who care about their craft, their clients, and each other.
What Makes Us Different:
Culture of Excellence & Growth – You’ll be surrounded by clinicians who are passionate, curious, and committed to best practices. No ego, no drama — just a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
Clinical Autonomy & Support – Enjoy the freedom of independent work with the support of seasoned leadership and peers.
A Place to Grow – Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned therapist, we encourage continuing education, consultation, and shared learning.
Not Basic, Never Cookie-Cutter – Our care goes beyond “just talking.” We create rich, thoughtful, individualized treatment experiences — and we want you to bring your full self into that work.
What You’ll Do:
Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to a diverse and motivated client base.
Deliver therapy in-person and/or via telehealth from our beautifully designed office or from your secure remote location.
Collaborate with an engaging and supportive team on clinical and practice matters.
••Maintain appropriate documentation and uphold the highest standards of ethics and care.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and authenticity into the therapy room and looks for ways to go above and beyond.
A clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about meaningful client outcomes.
Bonus Points If You:
Love personal and professional development.
Enjoy sharing laughs between sessions with colleagues.
Want a home that values who you are, not just what you do.
