Job Title: Brake Press Operator

Salary: $16 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our team. As a Brake Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating brake press machinery to bend and shape metal parts accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine bending requirements.

Set up brake press machines by installing and adjusting tools, dies, and gauges.

Operate brake press machines to bend metal parts according to specifications.

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy.

Conduct quality checks on finished parts to verify dimensions and tolerances.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform routine maintenance on machinery.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Brake Press Operator or in metal fabrication is preferred.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

Knowledge of brake press machinery and tools.

Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols.
