Location: Philadelphia, PA

Pay Rate: $18.75 - $23.75 per hour

About the Role:

Good Labor Jobs is seeking motivated individuals to join our landscaping team. As a Landscape Crew Member, you will work in a three-person crew, following established safety practices and proven systems to complete high-quality landscaping projects. This role offers full-time, year-round employment with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

Assist in landscape installations, maintenance, and seasonal projects.

Follow instructions and training from the Landscape Foreman.

Maintain attention to detail and adhere to all safety protocols.

Operate landscaping tools and equipment, including tractors, sod cutters, rototillers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and lawn mowers.

Work as part of a team to complete landscape projects efficiently within set timeframes.

Communicate professionally with staff and clients.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

Experience in landscaping is preferred but not required.

Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required).

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and transport materials up to 50 lbs. frequently.

Willingness to learn, take instruction, and participate in training programs for career advancement.

Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
