Location: Remote
Compensation: 100% Commission (Annual earnings approximate 7% of gross profit over a 30% minimum threshold, with no earning ceiling)

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to expand our customer base and grow revenue through direct sales of our metal fabrication products and services. This role is 100% commission-based, with unlimited earning potential for a motivated and experienced salesperson.
The ideal candidate has experience in sales within the metal fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial sectors and is comfortable managing the entire sales process-from prospecting to quoting to post-sale follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in metal fabrication.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
Prepare and present price quotes, ensuring profitability and alignment with company standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM.
Work independently while coordinating with internal teams for project execution.
Travel to meet clients as needed (travel expenses covered for trips outside a 50-mile radius).
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or a related industrial field.
Strong ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
