What You Bring
Required:
Experience leading high-volume transportation and dispatch operations
Proven ability to manage and scale teams of dispatchers, coordinators, and drivers
Comfortable working with both third-party carriers and independent contractors
Strong track record of improving transportation efficiency and controlling costs
Ability to think strategically and lead operational execution
Preferred:
Experience with logistics technology or implementing Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Background managing blended networks of W2 and 1099/contract logistics providers
Exposure to both asset-based and non-asset-based transportation models
Experience overseeing regional or national-scale logistics operations

What Youll Do
Lead all U.S.-based transportation and delivery logistics
Build and manage teams of dispatchers, coordinators, drivers, and support staff
Oversee vehicle routing, scheduling, dispatch, and movement across thousands of monthly deliveries
Develop and optimize workflows for improved efficiency, communication, and team performance
Drive the selection and implementation of a Transportation Management System (TMS)
Manage relationships with external logistics providers and contract drivers
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain
Full-time
