Job Description
The Systems Training and Development Specialist is responsible for collaborating with the production team to identify and monitor transactional integrity, thereby driving the training needs within the organization. They are responsible for designing, planning, and implementing training programs, policies, and procedures that will drive corrective actions. They will develop different types of media to engage coaches, managers, and supervisors’ involvement. They will also work closely with the Business Systems team to collaborate on training materials and suggest system enhancement requests as needed.
Use existing system training materials to train, guide, and assist associates in successfully executing system processes.
Work with department leads to coordinate training for new associates by conducting classroom training sessions followed by assigning training quizzes and tracking progress in Work Forge
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure that all associates in the department(s) are "Quality Certified" and complete any other job-related training.
Generate and actively engage in continuous improvement ideas to improve transactional integrity.
Prioritize safety by encouraging all employees to practice safe working behaviors.
Work closely with staff, trainees, subject matter experts, and organizational leaders to gain a deep understanding of business and system processes.
Demonstrate proficiency in teaching and lesson planning.
Utilize critical-thinking skills to assess classes, materials, and programs, identify training needs, and implement necessary changes and improvements.
Ensure training aligns with business goals and objectives.
Oversee training and staff development initiatives.
Assess employees' training needs and develop appropriate programs to address them.
Review existing training programs and suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention.
Create and manage training budgets, as applicable.
Train others on Auto Count and Warehouse and must be a super user.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to model/document/visualize and communicate complex (e.g., across multiple systems) technology solutions.
Must be able to speak Spanish fluently
Ability to lead without authority and hold others accountable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Thorough understanding of training processes.
Ability to moderate large groups.
Ability to discern the impact of changes on the business
Applies continuous improvement techniques to improve efficiency of organization
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
