What You’ll Do:

Follow up with inbound leads & make outbound calls

Qualify prospects & book appointments for agents

Keep notes organized in our CRM

Hit daily & weekly goals (calls, contacts, appointments)

Build rapport, handle objections, and keep leads movingQualifications:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center environment (real estate preferred but not required)

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident phone presence

Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close for appointments

Highly organized and detail-oriented—able to track follow-ups and update CRM consistently

Driven by goals and metrics with a “no excuses” mindset

Comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls per day

Fast learner, coachable, and open to feedback

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Tech-savvy—able to quickly adapt to CRM and dialer systems

Availability to work a consistent full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekendsAbout Company
