Job Description

This position is within an automotive warehouse that deals extensively with retail stores and Rock Auto. It offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment, perfect for individuals looking to apply their skills in order picking and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Accurately pull customer orders using an RF Scanner.

Lift up to 50 lbs periodically.

Fill totes with products and push heavy flat-beds across the warehouse.

Comfortably use rolling ladders up to 12 feet high.

Walk, bend, and lift for 8 hours.

Pay attention to detail and read small print.

Understand written and verbal English.

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.

Work on a computer comfortably.

Train on cherry picker if required.

Steel-toed shoes are required.

Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills

Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Order picking experience with an RF Scan gun.

Proficiency in using RF scanners.

Ability to handle inventory and pick orders efficiently.

1+ year of order picking and retail experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Comfortable working on computers.

Previous detailed packaging experience is highly recommended.

Work Environment

Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods. The facility mandates the use of steel-toed shoes and emphasizes safety and efficiency in all operations. The shift for the Picking/Processing role is from Saturday to Tuesday, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
