The employee will work as a liaison between clients and employees. Perform various and diverse confidential office and clerical duties as assigned. The duties require intermediate knowledge of office management systems, word processing applications, internet, email, and must be able to learn quickly with new software. Assist executive level management personnel in order to maintain and ensure efficient office operations. Must be able to professionally present writing in emails and other written work. Present a professional phone and physical appearance.

Documenting transaction details
Putting together financial reports

Notify senior staff of any accounting errors
Recording financial transactions

Qualifications of Bookkeeping Professional:
High School Diploma is a minimum requirement
2-4 years of experience and proficiency in accounting software,these skills and qualifications often include:
In-depth knowledge of applicable tax laws, regulations, and deadlines
Proficiency with QuickBooks, word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and open to learning new systems
Data entry skills
Basic accounting knowledge, understanding accounting principles, such as debits and credits, accrual vs. cash accounting, and financial statements
Great organizational skills and able tocategorize financial records systematically
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Keen attention to details
