ProCare Therapy is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 behavioral support for a 4th-grade student in a general education classroom setting in Cullman, AL. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a students daily learning experience.Position Details:

Location: Cullman, AL

Schedule: Part-time

Caseload: 1:1 with a 4th-grade student

Setting: General education classroom Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention strategies to support student engagement and success

Work closely with teachers to create a structured and positive learning environment

Assist with social, emotional, and academic skill-building

Collect data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed Qualifications:

Active RBT certification required

Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
