Join our team as a Heat Treater Helper where you will play a crucial role in the heat treat process of manufacturing screws. You will be responsible for ensuring that bolts measuring 12-18 inches are correctly placed within metal racks for effective coating during the heat treat furnace process.

Responsibilities

Transfer screws from the manufacturing building to the heat treat building.

Place bolts individually within metal racks for proper coating.

Stand and work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours a day.Essential Skills

Experience in general production and labor.

Skill in racking and packaging.

Background in construction and general labor.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment

Work in a state-of-the-art Heat Treat facility alongside Heat Treat operators. This weekend role requires standing for 12 hours straight on Saturdays and Sundays. Enjoy working in temperature-controlled racking rooms currently under construction.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
