Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Packer candidates. This role requires working in a very quiet environment, suitable for those comfortable with such conditions. As a Packer, you will follow packing lists and box sizes to efficiently pack products at designated packing stations. Responsibilities include packing products into boxes, weighing, taping, labeling, and palletizing them for shipment. Your tasks will vary throughout the day to ensure a dynamic work experience.

Responsibilities

Pack boxes according to packing list and box size.

Work at packing stations to pack products into boxes.

Weigh, tape, and label boxes.

Palletize packed boxes for shipment.

Rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks.Essential Skills

Ability to work well with others.

High School education.

Ideally 6 months of experience in warehouse, picking, or packing.Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School degree is mandatory.

Good communication skills.

Consistent job history (minimum 1.5 years at a single company recently).

Ability to follow written work instructions in English.

Work Environment

Available shifts include 1st Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, 2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11:30 PM, and 3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7:30 AM. Steel-toed boots, safety gloves, and glasses are required.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.40/hr.
