Grinder Operator

Job Description

Pay:- 2nd Shift: Starting at $19/hour

Up to $21/hour for candidates with relevant experience and strong qualifications

Shift:- 2nd Shift- 3PM-12AM

Job Duties:- Operate manual grinding machines with precision

Manually grind diamond tools to customer specifications

Perform quality inspections of finished tools to ensure accuracy

Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Collaborate with experienced team members and trainers

Requirements:- Prior experience with manual machining or grinding preferred

Comfortable working with precision tools and fine measurements

Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude

Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of expert trainers
