Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
Set-up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, turning, grinding, and milling. Accept and reject First Article Inspections, identify non-conformances, and correct dimensions as needed. This role requires strong experience with tolerances and the use of precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Additionally, you will be responsible for CNC set-up, CNC troubleshooting, and editing CNC programs using M-Codes and G-Codes. Monitoring tooling and experience working with stainless steel and aluminum are also essential.
Recent machine school graduates would be perfect for this position!
Responsibilities
Set-up and operate CNC machines for drilling, turning, grinding, and milling.
Perform and accept or reject First Article Inspections.
Identify non-conformances and correct dimensions as needed.
Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gages.
Set-up and troubleshoot CNC machines.
Edit CNC programs using M-Codes and G-Codes.
Monitor tooling and ensure proper operation.
Work with stainless steel and aluminum materials.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $54000.00/yr.
