Job Description:

The Production Assistant will support the daily operations of the production team by coordinating with vendors, tracking samples, managing logistics, and ensuring quality and timelines are met. This position requires a high level of organization, strong communication skills, and a passion for the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with managing production timelines and tracking the flow of goods from order to delivery

Communicate regularly with manufacturers and vendors to monitor progress and address issues

Organize and maintain sample inventory to support the design and merchandising teams

Work with QA to evaluate sample quality and ensure standards are met throughout the process

Coordinate shipping logistics for raw materials, prototypes, and final products

Maintain production schedules, records, and internal systems for efficiency and accuracy

Support purchase order maintenance, including updates and new orders as needed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, and logistics

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business, or related field is preferred

1–3 years of experience in a production, sourcing, or related environment

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks in a high-pressure setting

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus
