Job Description

The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction through continuous improvement programs. This role involves managing a team of 25 employees and ensuring that daily preventative maintenance tasks are completed. The position requires minimal hands-on work unless necessary.

Responsibilities

Manage work assignments for the maintenance team.

Create preventative maintenance schedules for the maintenance, process techs, and injection molding departments.

Manage a team of 25 employees, including maintenance staff, mechanical engineers, supervisors, and planners.

Troubleshoot PLC issues.

Assist with maintenance on injection molding and tool/die when hands-on work is needed.Why Work Here?
