Were hiring a detail-oriented and client-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, handling policy updates, addressing inquiries, and fulfilling day-to-day service requirements. Youll collaborate closely with our agents to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency.
$40,000-$60,000 based on experience
Hybrid schedule: MWF in-office, Tuesday and Thursday remote

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care
Assist clients with coverage questions, billing issues, endorsements, and claims
Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and on time
Collaborate with sales agents to support agency goals and deliver exceptional service
Stay informed on insurance products, trends, and compliance requirements
Requirements
Prior experience in the insurance industry
Active Property & Casualty license required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Agency Management System (HawkSoft) experience is a plus
