Position: ERP Business Analyst

Location: Woodlawn, OH

Compensation: $70-90K

Responsibilities:

Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for new ERP system implementation.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to align ERP functionality with company goals.

Configure and test the ERP system; ensure accurate functionality and troubleshoot issues.

Provide user training, support, and system documentation.

Drive process improvements and support data migration from legacy systems.

Collaborate with business, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful ERP integration.

Assist with ERP project planning, execution, and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field is required.

5+ years' ERP experience; Epicor required.

Previous ERP Implementation experience is required.

Experience with data migration, system configuration, and business process improvement.

Project management awareness and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
