Location: Greater Atlanta Metro and Bristol Tennessee Area
What Youll Tackle Each Day:
Safety First Always
Lead pre-blast meetings and site checks
Ensure blast areas are secure and everyone knows the plan
Keep communication open with managers on all safety issues
Use the right gear and lead by example on driving and equipment protocols
Productivity that Sets the Bar
Take full ownership of all shot activities from start to finish
Log pre- and post-blast details accurately and on time
Communicate clearly with customers and managers on whats working and whats not
Share shot videos and reports within 24 hoursyou own the follow-up
Maintenance that Keeps Us Moving
Inspect your gear before every shift
Keep trucks and tools clean, labeled, and running strong
Handle basic repairs and flag bigger issues early
Customer Service that Builds Trust
Talk with plant managers about timelines, safety, and expectations
Review videos and data with customers after each shot
Work together on future layouts and scheduling

What Were Looking For:
Experience in blasting or a related role (number of years flexible based on attitude and skill)
Strong mechanical sense and equipment know-how
MSHA Certification required (or ability to get it before start)
Physically able to lift 100 lbs, climb, and work in all weather conditions
Willingness to travel (up to [Insert %])
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and have a valid drivers license
