ProCare Therapy is looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time role in London, OH. This position involves working closely with students, helping to implement behavior intervention plans and providing academic and emotional support.Position Overview:

Location: London, OH

Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 3:00 PM

Duration: March 14, 2025 June 13, 2025

Caseload:

Morning: Working 1:1 with an elementary student

Afternoon: Supporting students in an alternative placement program Requirements:

Paraprofessional licensure in Ohio

Experience in behavior intervention or as a paraprofessional

Strong communication and de-escalation skills

Ability to work with diverse student needs Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support for students with behavioral needs

Implement positive reinforcement and behavioral management strategies

Assist in classroom inclusion and student engagement
