Forklift Operator/Order Selector - Weekly Pay

Job Description

Gojob is hiring a Forklift Operator/Order Selector for a logistic company located in Rocky Mount, NC.

Shift:

1st Shift: Mon -Fri, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

Accurately pick customer orders according to list

Meet and maintain established productivity standards

Inspect and verify the accuracy of picked items before preparing them for shipment

Use a forklift to move large or heavy items within the warehouse

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to efficiently complete daily tasks

Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Perform other miscellaneous duties in the warehouse as needed and assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an order selector or in a similar role is preferred but not required

Ability to lift to 100 lbs. on a regular basis and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching

Valid forklift operator certification is preferred

Flexible availability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on production needs

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
