NOW HIRING: Claims Specialist & Data Entry Onsite $19–$22/hr Full-Time

Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a well-established restoration company to hire a Claims Specialist (Data Entry) for a long-term, full-time opportunity. This is an onsite role with a flexible weekday schedule and a welcoming, laid-back team culture. Position OverviewIn this role, you’ll support the claims process by handling estimates, working with insurance companies, and making outbound calls to homeowners. You'll need strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks and interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Enter estimate data into company systems and submit to insurance providers

Make outbound calls to homeowners regarding billing and claims (70+ calls per day)

Collaborate with insurance adjusters to get estimates approved

Document all communications and updates in internal systems

Clearly explain claims details and negotiate balances when neededQualifications

Dependable and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Comfortable making high-volume calls, even when conversations are challenging

Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to type at least 40 WPM

Able to learn new software and follow established processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Customer service experience or accounting coursework preferredSchedule & Pay

Full-time, onsite

Monday–Friday Flexible shifts available (7:30am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:30pm)

Pay: $19–$22 per hour, based on experience
