We are a global leader in diagnostics and medical technology, is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to assist with administrative and data entry functions in support of the QA Calibration, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations teams.salary: $26 - $26.6 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform equipment inventory verification using the Agile Equipment Control Database

Update and apply equipment labels to ensure compliance and consistency

Generate and attach barcode labels for asset automation

Photograph and upload equipment images to their corresponding database entries

Maintain accurate, updated records for equipment ownership, location, and status

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or data entry role

Comfortable working in specialized databases and uploading digital content

High school diploma or GED required
