As a Senior Planning Specialist you will play a key role in driving better forecasting and smoother delivery for our International Distributor business. Based at the Cannondale factory in Almelo, you’ll work across multiple Pon.Bike brands and team up with Sales, Planning, and Supply to help boost sales and support profitable growth.

Note: This is not a remote position. This role is based in our in Almelo, Netherlands office.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Coordinate International Distributor supply and demand forecast based on Distributor inputs and historical trends. Deliver updated monthly forecasts to Global S&OP teams.

Oversee all aspects of the order to delivery process for European supply of Bike, Warranty and P&A to maximize sales revenue and optimize the coordination of outbound consolidation and delivery.

Coordinate all document requirements for European export to non-EU distributors.

Coordinate International Distributor product assortment details for multiple Pon.Bike brands and generate bike order forms tailored to Distributor requirements.

Control ID dedicated distributor inventory to maximize efficiency of delivery and minimized NWC.

Maintain SAP order book and delivery status. Provide updated delivery schedules to Sales weekly.

Work with brand planning teams to identify supply issues and improve delivery performance.

Track Project Management development timelines to ensure that new products are ordered and delivered on time for global go-live in all key distributor markets.

Update all stakeholders about running changes of product specifications.

Contribute to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.

Encourage a positive working environment and effective teamwork in line with the Company’s values, behaviors and culture

Follow internal controls and company policy as set by company and job function

Work collaboratively with the Leadership team and encourage a culture of continuous process improvement

What You Bring to the Table:

3-5 years of experience in planning, forecasting, MRP and inventory management.

A degree in Supply Chain Management, Production, Business Administration, or related field.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.

SAP experience.

Experience in importing/exporting.

Prior experience in international sales or international business.

Knowledge of the Cycling Industry or passion for the sport.

Ability to work cross functionally with sales, planning and supply teams.

Desire to take ownership of the supply/delivery function.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Willingness to regularly travel to Pon.Bike locations in Europe and occasionally travel internationally outside of Europe.
