Job Description
As a Assembler, you will be responsible for the mass production of residential/commercial doors. Your role will involve parts assembly and operations, ensuring that each door meets quality standards and production goals.
Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Use power and hand tools to complete assembly tasks.
Meet production standards and ensure quality of assembled products.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to company policies.
Overview:
Manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled)
Shifts Available:
Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday) 5am-5pm
1st Shift 6am-4:30pm
2nd Shift 4:30pm-3am
Pay: $15.00-$16.50/hr
Location: Pensacola, FLJob Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position - benefits, 401k, and weekly pay available while on contract
Qualifications:
Ability to read and understand work instructions and blueprints.
1-3 months of related experience preferred.
Physical requirements: Frequent bending, pushing/pulling, reaching, and lifting periodically up to 70 pounds; regularly lifting up to 35 pounds.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:
Using power drills, tightening bolts, and screws
Working on different parts of the assembly line
Assembly metal pieces and windows on garage doors
Standing on their feet the entire shift
Lifting 50lbs as needed
Attention to detail and quality of workPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.50/hr.
