Production Operator- TEMP: Monroe, Wisconsin

Our customer in Monroe, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Production Operators to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment while ensuring product quality and safety standards are met in a high-temperature environment.

Responsibilities of the Production Operator:

Operate dryer and perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures

Conduct lab work involving basic math and measurements

Collect and document product samples for quality testing

Occasionally climb up to 50 feet to access bins (guarded and platformed)

Work safely in a hot environment and wear appropriate gear (work boots required)

Assist with other production-related tasks as assigned

Production Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

Basic math and measurement skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Understanding of mechanical and electrical processes

Comfortable working at heights (not a daily task, but required)

Ability to manage time and stay organized

Must speak and understand English

Pay for Production Operator: Starting at $18/hour.
