The position
Within this role you will manage and administer the company's global employee share plans. This role ensures adherence to relevant regulations, manages daily operations of the plans, and communicates with employees and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Administer the global employee share plan, including equity award management, vesting schedules, and related transactions across various jurisdictions.
Collaborate with TRM, P&O, Legal, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless communication & integration of share plans with employee compensation and benefits.
Monitor and interpret updates to laws and regulations affecting employee share plans and ensure company compliance.
Oversee the coordination of global share plan events, including grant and vesting periods.
Ensure compliance in assigned countries including but not limited to statutory filing requirements.
Develop effective equity communications; deliver participant information sessions to live audiences either in person or via TEAMS.
Lead or participate in various projects as determined by business need and critical initiatives, such as Corporate Actions & equity benchmarking.
Partner with finance, accounting, and tax for annual forecasting, recharge, and reporting, including ASKA reporting in Denmark.
Utilise reporting and analytics to assess the effectiveness of employee share plans and recommend improvements as necessary.
Participate in the development and enhancement of policies and procedures related to employee share programmes.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
Hold a bachelor’s degree preferably in a Human Resources or related field.
A minimum of 6 years of professional experience; with at least 3 in Human Resources or Finance.
Preference for 3 years of equity compensation or Total Rewards & Mobility experience.
This role requires fluency in English but there is also a preference for Danish language proficiency.
Ability to build and maintain trusting, collaborative relationships and alliances with others inside and outside the organisation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and share plan systems.
Strong collaboration skills in working with all internal and external teams to successfully achieve goals and project deliverables.
