The Position
As a Senior IT System Management Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting IT governance and compliance for a portfolio of local IT Systems and Computerized Equipment within our Sourcing Operations department. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with life cycle management and contributing to small projects to ensure our IT Systems/Computerized Equipment meet all necessary requirements.
Supporting the maintenance of compliance documentation and standard operating procedures, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members.
Serving as a valuable technical resource during implementation projects, fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and teamwork.
Helping to manage stakeholder and user expectations regarding IT Systems and Computerized Equipment, ensuring that voices are heard and valued.
Acting as a liaison and resource for local users, IT Project Managers, Validation Managers, System Owners, and QA, with a focus on collaboration and support.
Qualifications
We would love to hear from you if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in IT System/Computerized Equipment Management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or another regulated industry.
A structured and detail-oriented approach to challenges, coupled with a commitment to quality and a genuine desire to uplift and support your colleagues.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.

About the Department
Sourcing Operations plays an essential role in ensuring our global production sites have the materials they need to operate smoothly and meet patient demands. Our dedicated team sources raw materials, manages primary and printed packaging, maintains specifications, and conducts quality controls prior to production release.
Primarily operating out of Denmark in Bagsværd, Høje Taastrup, Hillerød, and Kalundborg, we are rapidly expanding, including the establishment of a sourcing hub in the US to support our growing manufacturing capacity. With nearly 700 employees in our business unit, you will be joining a close-knit IT Operations team made up of 8 employees in Denmark and 4 in India.
