The Position

In the role of IT System Management Specialist, you will be responsible for IT governance and compliance with a portfolio of essential local IT Systems and Computerized Equipment within our Sourcing Operations department. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading life cycle management and assisting with small projects to ensure our IT Systems and Computerized Equipment meet all requirements.

Helping to establish and uphold compliance documentation and standard operating procedures.

Serving as a technical resource during implementation projects, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Supporting the management of stakeholder and user expectations regarding IT Systems and Computerized Equipment.

Acting as a point of contact and resource for local users, IT Project Managers, Validation Managers, System Owners, and QA.

Qualifications

We would love to hear from you if you bring the following skills and experience:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in IT System/Computerized Equipment Management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or another regulated industry.

A structured and detail-oriented approach to challenges, with a strong focus on quality and a genuine passion for helping others succeed in their roles.

Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

About the Department

Sourcing Operations plays a vital role in ensuring that our global production sites have the materials needed to keep production lines running smoothly and meet patient needs. Our dedicated team is responsible for sourcing raw materials, overseeing primary and printed packaging, maintaining specifications, and conducting quality controls before materials are released for production.

We operate primarily out of Denmark in Bagsværd, Høje Taastrup, Hillerød, and Kalundborg, while rapidly expanding and establishing a sourcing hub in the US to support our growing manufacturing capabilities. With nearly 700 employees in our business unit, you will be joining our supportive IT Operations team consisting of 8 employees in Denmark and 4 in India.
