Job Type: Full-time

Salary:

Base Pay: $40,000 - $50,000

Additional Pay: Quarterly and annual bonuses

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000

Account Representative

Overview: We are seeking a motivated Account Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Account Manager Lead and their clients, gaining valuable insights and skills in client management and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Regular client communication to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.

Prepare Client Business Reviews (CBRs) and other administrative tasks.

Provide quotes and Statements of Work (SoW) to clients.

Work with Vendors on pricing and hardware specifications

Update and maintain records in our CRM.

Manage and update client documentation in our internal support systems

Qualifications:

Highly Organized and Detail oriented

Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.

Commitment to CTS Core Values.

Completion of DISC Assessment.
