Required:

- California RN licensure

- BLS

- ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy provider certificate (OCN preferred)

- Minimum two years' experience in a busy outpatient Infusion Center administering chemotherapy and other hazardous drugs

- Weekends and holidays required as needed by the department

- Ultrasound guided peripheral IV experience preferred

- Must be able to handle a busy work environment
