Summary:

Our client is a mission-driven organization providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across multiple states. With a warm, collaborative culture and a serious focus on clinical excellence, this group is growing fast-and looking for strong leaders to grow with them. As Clinical Director, you'll lead the day-to-day clinical and operational success of a local center, mentor BCBAs, and build relationships with families and your community. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to lead with purpose and be part of a company that's reshaping autism services. This role will be located in the Greater Pittsburgh area.

Salary:

$95,000-$110,000 (flexible) + bonus + full benefits. Relocation assistance provided for Pennsylvania candidates who are not local to Pittsburgh.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide clinical oversight of programming, assessments, and supervision to ensure quality ABA services. Support, mentor, and manage BCBAs and RBTs, creating a positive and accountable team culture. Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations to manage clinic performance, meet budget targets, and ensure operational efficiency. Serve as a community ambassador and advocate for client families.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in ABA or related field. Active BCBA certification (state license if required). At least 3 years of clinical experience with progressive leadership responsibilities. Familiarity with EMR systems and medical billing. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
