General Summary
With credit and underwriting training, services existing clients, producing a variety of commercial and consumer loans as well as generates and manages a portfolio of corresponding relationships, while seeking new accounts through calling efforts, marketing, and referrals. Helps Relationship Manager with current and expanding portfolio as needed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
After completing training with Credit Administration and with the help of Associate Relationship Manager II or Relationship Manager, analyzes the credit history of applicants and determine their loan repayment capabilities.
Negotiates credit terms, such as costs, loan repayment methods and collateral specifications with the guidance of Relationship Manager.
Reviews, analyzes, and processes commercial real estate loan requests and packages loans as necessary, in keeping with financial institution policies and procedures.
With guidance from a Relationship Manager, evaluates potential client loan requests and makes loan recommendations to management.
Supports the portfolio needs of assigned Relationship Manager.
May represent the Bank in various civic and community functions to enhance its image and develop new business.
Promotes favorable image of the Bank in all business activities within the community.
Partners with Business Development teammates to participate in local business and community activities.
Responsible for actively working with other employees to grow the organization.
Embrace and demonstrate qualities that support the Bank's Brand and Culture. Ensure optimal standards are adhered to for Brand
Building the Bank.
