Role Overview
Infinity is extremely excited to partner and grow with a client in the telecom industry. Our client has plans to expand their customer base through offers of superior technology and convenient pricing. We are partnering with our client to build a successful go-to-market strategy and anticipate large amounts of growth. We are seeking highly motivated and driven sales professionals with experience in sales, telecom, and/or B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
Representing a client offering telecom solutions to businesses.
Position strong product knowledge to businesses.
Contact businesses and establish needs to offer a better solution.
Compare and contrast the businesses; current product and technology with our clients’ offers and promotions.
Salespeople able to overcome objections and paint a picture for their customer.
Ideal Candidate & Qualifications:
All work experiences welcomed thanks to our award-winning training program
6 months of call center experience preferred.
1 year of B2B sales preferred.
Ability to maintain broad knowledge of client products and services
Internet navigation and applications skills
Ability to think on the fly and transition to overcome customer objections
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence
Ability to analyze, interpret and address client needs
Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary. Requirements:
