Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects, including estimating, scheduling, and execution.
Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
Oversee both self-performed and subcontracted work, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project progress.
Assist with the preparation and management of project budgets, change orders, and contract negotiations. The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in engineering or construction management with at least 7 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, or 12+ years of relevant experience without a degree. A strong background in government contracting is preferred, along with proven skills in managing subcontracted and self-performed work. The successful candidate will be proficient in construction-related software, possess safety certifications, and have experience with high-profile clients like HUD and government agencies.
