Office Administrator

3dB Labs is an exciting work environment where we design, implement, and deliver solutions in engineering, signal processing, signal analysis, software development, and hardware manufacturing and development. We're a small but growing company that is looking for a team dedicated to helping make our customers succeed.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Admin to focus on providing exceptional communication and support to our team and visiting customers. This person will be responsible for ensuring an inviting office space and all schedules and meetings are coordinated across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with AJ personnel to deconflict training and event requests, coordinate clearance submissions for access, training amenities, facility maintenance scheduling, and facility upkeep.

Prepare, coordinate, and schedule queries and requests for meetings between AJ Office personnel and other departments.

To circulate and create a system of reminders for AJ Office personnel regarding events, upcoming trainings, and receipt submissions for contracts.

Work with AJ staff to build and submit expense reports for purchase and travel.

Create a welcoming and engaging first impression for our customers and visitors in the AJ Office. Qualifications:

Great customer service attitude, and problem-solving capability.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or experience in a similar enviornment.

5 years Experience in the role of Office Admin or Office Manager desired

Excellent communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. US citizenship is required for all our positions.
