Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in managing core business processes including leasing, client relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, and team development.
Implement strategies to increase revenues and reduce expenses, optimizing property performance.
Support team members to ensure tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and with high standards.
Identify and assist in resolving existing and potential operational challenges to achieve property objectives.
Empower and develop team members through coaching and training for high performance and career growth.
Maintain effective communication with the Community Manager, Regional Supervisor, and relevant teams on property performance and operational updates.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Proven experience in property management with a track record of success.
Knowledge of financial principals to assist in managing property finances effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with fair housing laws and other applicable regulations.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Valid driver’s license required.
