Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the companys core accounting operations and financial reporting cycles

Manage routine financial functions, including payables, receivables, payroll, and cash flow

Support the development of cash flow planning and forecasting processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business goals

Contribute to process improvements and help implement financial controls and best practices

Liaise with external partners on audits, tax filings, and compliance matters

Assist with systems upgrades or financial tool implementations

Provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategic planning

Manage internal or external accounting support as needed

Stay informed on relevant accounting standards and operational practices

Requirements:

CPA preferred; public and/or private accounting background valued

8-10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience

Experience in forecasting, planning, and reporting within a growing business

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations

Comfortable with financial systems and data tools

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
