Job Description

MBS is in urgent need of a Product Manager in Mountain Top, PA. This position is a Direct Hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Previous demonstrated success in new product development, product ideation or ability to translate customer needs into products or services.

Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task between multiple projects

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to both internal and external parties

Ability to grasp mechanical concepts

Leadership – must be able to lead through influence with no direct authority to achieve goals

Strong business acumen

High analytical aptitude

Understanding of project management and ability to deliver to deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering. Relevant work experience will be considered.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Sales, or related field with 1-3 years relevant experience in product management

Collaboration with customers

MS Office Suite

Not required but a plus:

A BS or graduate degree and/or background in Fire Protection Engineering is desirable

MBA

Work experience in Fire Protection, Manufacturing, Construction or Building Materials preferred

Understanding of StageGate, PhaseGate, or similar NPD processes

Recent FPE graduates will be strongly considered
