Job Summary:

Lead a team of engineers, overseeing electrical and instrumentation deliverables, and services on time, within budget, and meeting quality expectations. Requires 10+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering and management, with refining experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct engineers

Review and approve deliverables

Validate professional services and construction estimates

Perform advanced engineering work

Manage project controls for cost, scheduling, and quality

Develop and administer salary plans and performance reviews

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering

Professional Engineering registration (preferred)

10+ years of relevant industrial experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering and management

Refining experience (preferred)
