POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Intern will acclimate to the Human Resources operations needs of a small, non-profit organization. Specifically, there will be opportunities to gain some hands-on experience in several Human Resources functionalities:
Human Resources Compliance
Total Rewards (Benefits & Compensation)
Employee Relations
Payroll
Organization Development and Engagement
Performance Management
Human Resources Information Management Systems
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and overseeing a Human Resources employee file/compliance audit
Developing performance management documents (introductory evaluations, corrective actions, annual reviews)
Programming ADP Workforce Now with new salary structure
Engaging in 2025 Benefit coverage discussions
Assisting in Talent Acquisition responsibilities, including screening applications and scheduling interviews
Shadowing Human Resources staff
